A series of training hours for all those wanting to take the next steps to sharing loaning or eventually owning a horse or pony.

You will take part in preparing the horse to ride tacking up checking the tack for mounting checking all safety aspects.

Learn how to look after expensive equipment for use when loaning and how to care for bridles saddles cloths and girths.

How to groom brush off correctly before and after and to check hooves.

Being able to refill a haynet and check waterbutts for the evening and ensuring horse has been fed before leaving the horse overnight.

Participation in these workshops would be expected for those considering shares.
